  Visited this Rally’s on 2/7 and ordered a chicken bite box combo. When I opened the box, there were only about six nugget pieces and maybe ten fries total. For a combo meal, that portion was extremely disappointing. When I brought it up to the team member, Regina, instead of trying to help or explain, she was rude and hostile and said, “What you get is what you get.” There was no attempt to fix the issue or provide any type of customer service. I've never experienced any issues at this location. And always received excellent customer service. Her negative attitude and refusal to address a valid concern is alarming and needs to be addressed. Definitely not what I expect when visiting any business.

  I love coming up here I know everytime my food will be hot and fresh thank you for the gentleman in the window for helping me with my order yall are doing an amazing job keep it up rally’s crew!!!!

  I was a Dasher at this location and I was in dasher line to pickup. Worker with purple/blue or pink hair was leaned out window in someone’s car shooting the shit with them. Because of this the order should have been ready at 2:30 am I was sitting waiting 12 extra minutes beyond the time I was to pick up order. The worker thought I was taking pictures of her, she stared directly at me and shouted, “What are you doing?” Multiple times. And the. Went back in to work and car drove off. I was just playing a game on my phone while it was in the phone holder on the dash. When I got up to the window, the other worker came to the window and told me to call the customer and tell them that they were out of wings and what he wanted them to substitute. She kept demanding that I hand my phone over to her. she wanted to look at my pictures to see if I was taking pictures of the worker. I told her I am not handing you my phone. Customer’s food was late and they had wings!!!! She just needed a reason to try to get my phone!!! You are there to work. If you don’t wanna work then go home.
