(i believe her name is Patti, red hair) Each time my friends and I come in, we’re met with a rude and passive-aggressive attitude. There have been instances of laughing as we walk in, dismissive responses when ordering, and repeated pressure to add items or upgrades without clearly asking first. What’s frustrating is that this hasn’t been a one-off situation. Several people in my group have noticed the same behavior on different visits. It makes the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming, which is disappointing because I usually enjoy Qdoba. I hope management addresses this, because customer service like this drives people away.
