My son lost his wallet, and the last charge was Qdoba. The young lady on the phone helped me. She went above and beyond to try to locate the charge on his card by going through every order for the day. We realized it was a different location. She even called me back to give me the location that matched my bank statement. She was so kind, and never once hesitated to help. I'm so appreciative of her!! We ended up locating his wallet! I really want to say thank you to her and hope this gets back to her and she's recognized for her efforts.
