The staff just stood around talking to each other and even flirted with the customer in front of us instead of helping. When we paid for our quesadillas, they said they’d “get it out for us,” but after waiting about 10 minutes, we realized they’d forgotten. They only remembered when they saw us still standing there watching them, and that’s when they finally called us over. The manager was up front by then and told an employee to ask us if the food was okay, so he said, “Does this look okay, or does this look burnt?” It looked fine on top, so we said it was okay—but when we started eating, we saw the bottom was badly burnt. Maybe it was just an off night, but my first QDOBA experience was disappointing.
