When I do decide to stay which is rare nowadays I see why the line is out the door: it’s not because it’s super busy: it’s because the line is SLOW. Food is good but it takes way longer than other Qdoba locations for the workers to make the food so the line gets backed up. Probably just needs a better line system or employee effort to not be at a snails pace

No one greeted me when I walked in, the food didn’t seem as fresh, and there weren’t as many options on the hot bar as there normally are. The chips were also stale. They did apologize for not greeting me, but I was still charged for a regular small bowl even though I ordered a kids’ small bowl. They told me they no longer have kids’ meals, and I also got chips with it. Overall, it just wasn’t the experience I’m used to having there.
