They took the order didn’t cancel, send a message stating they were closing early and couldn’t do the order. Instead our order got switched to a door dash. We had no information and it was getting late. We called the store three times and an employee answered and said we our closed and hung up. 1:00am hit and it was just an automated message. If you were going to cancel why make me wait over 40 minutes under the false impression that will be receiving food. Or did we just forget to check for orders? Either way no care for customers and now my husband and I our stuck running to a gas station to try to find something to eat after a 12 hour shift.

We ordered a single meat lovers deep dish at 8pm on Nov 1st. Got a text update that the order was being processed. 25 minutes later I clicked the link to check the status of the order to see that the order was cancelled. We attempted to call and were on hold on the phone for 20 minutes! Pizza Hut has hired an answering service to take calls but you don't actually speak to a store member unless they transfer you. So we waited on the phone and never spoke to a team member. I have been in this location multiple times it's going downhill. The inside has a weird smell, is dirty in the front area and the kitchen looks distasteful. Pizza Hut is continually dropping the ball especially this location. It either needs an overhaul or close this location. It get's our 1990's childhood hopes up to have Pizza Hut then is completely smashed when you attempt to order a pizza and it's late, or you never get it. BE BETTER DO BETTER PIZZA HUT.
