  I ordered from this store and my cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks were flat as a pancake!!! I called the store but of course no one answered the phone how do you fix something if no one answers the phone? Not doin Pizza Hut anymore!!!

  Got a treat box. One pizza was hot and fresh the other felt and tasted like it had been sitting for a while under a heap lamp

  They can’t ever get the order right! Rather you order your food online, over the phone or in person, it’s almost ALWAYS going to be made wrong AND take forever to make. The food is typically cold and old, never on the right crust, then when you bring it to their attention they get mad, as if you’re not the one spending YOUR money ????

  I order pizza today for me and my kids online. My order was 103.73 and I order 6 pizza and a couple of bread stick which is normal for a pizza place order. I was than called by the manager whom informed me that I would need to order 2 hours in advance and that if i wanted the pizza it would be after 5. I believe she told me that so that I would cancel my order. I informed her I wasn't in a rush and that was fine with me. They cancelled my order which i didn't know until 1 hour and 30 min after. Once i called they informed me that my order was cancelled because of it was an inconvenience to them. This place is the worst service I have ever experienced. If you don't your job just say so.
