  This is absolutely the worst papa johns I've ever ordered from. I ordered here 1 time, they screwed my order up, said they'd credit me back the items on my next order. Fast forward to me making the order and asking about the items that was supposed to be credited that were messed up last time, after being out on hold for over 10 mins, was told that the gm refused the credits. When I asked to speak to the gm about the matter, the gm refused to even speak to me about it on the phone. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I see why this store has 3.7 stars, surprised they have that many. I had to contact another store to have everything straightened out.

  This was an online order. This was also one of the few places I ordered extra cheese a felt like I got extra cheese.

  I ordered a pineapple and ham pizza last night and apparently a door dasher stole my pizza but then my mom woke up and found it at the basement door after she came back from Kentucky kingdom and if it was a door dasher driver or a papa John’s delivery driver we didn’t hear a car pull we didn’t get a notification on the order coming to our house or no pictures etc. we also didn’t hear anyone knock on a door and we left the light on the top porch to signal them to come up to the top and they didn’t come up and knock or even let us know the pizza was at the basement door I’m glad I got my money back but whoever this driver was they should be fired

  I see that others have some bad experiences here and I don't want to invalidate their concerns. I can only speak about my experiences coming here. This place gets a lot of traffic and they stay busy quite often. Under those circumstances the service I get is quite good. I come here about 2-4 times a month and they are consistent with quality and service.

  I am not sure whats going on at this location. I order very often and get the same pizza every other week. Today, it looked disgusting to where I could not even eat nor keep it. Every other visit I ask for my pizza to be cooked well done because sometimes it is UNDER cooked. Between these grease pools and the weird look of the cheese, it looks like something that would tear someone's stomach up. And when I went back, the worker acted like nothing was wrong with it and this was just a normal look. Please work on the quality and presentation. It is quickly going down hill. This is not what I am used to nor expect from this location.
