I hate being sent to a call center for my pizza order from someone who has broken english. I'm going to choose to use a local company where an employee at the store will and take my order.

I’m placed my order at 8:25. Delivery was supposed to be 8:50. It’s 9:50. I called the store once and they said my order was lost. They would remake it. Oder never arrived. Manager (who made sure to tell me he was from another store) couldn’t explain why my pizza was lost…

I had an issue with an order that I had placed and when I called to speak with someone about it I was blown off and hung up on. 0/10 customer service and I will not be going back. I hope that they can find people that know how to service customers better in the future.
