I am a frequent customer of papa John’s and I have NEVER had an issue at this location. EVER. until tonight. I go into the store and I am the ONLY customer in the building and I stood there for 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging the fact that I am THERE and I’m a paying customer. Not a hey, hello or how are you.. nothing they just ignored my presence. I then speak up and say “hello can I get my order that I paid for so I can leave and get back to work?” This man working at the counter goes and grabs my pizza box (still hasn’t said 2 words to me) and literally threw the pizza at me. THREW IT AT ME! I don’t know what type of customer service this place has but that is absolutely unacceptable behavior and they should be ASHAMED. I will be filing a police report.

I immediately called back and asked for his name again and he stated, “I am not telling you.” Then hung up again. Poor service and very unprofessional. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

I miss when the store employees used to answer and take orders, but the new automated system is a big improvement from the call center people with heavy accents.
