    01/10/2026 I called with respect, asked if I SHOULD cancel my late order, and was met with hostility from the manager. I cancelled my order and was again met with hostility from the manager who blamed DoorDash . I was later called by the delivery driver suggesting they were here with my delivery, but it was cancelled and I could not have it. Thank you for letting me know! Keep your food. Zero chance I’ll order here again. I’d expect bodily fluids in my food after this experience.

    Pizzas never got delivered. Granted it was around 11:40pm but I asked the guy if they could still deliver and he said yes, even double confirmed. Left my whole group to die of starvation. They charged me too so I couldn't pay rent and I got evicted. Parents found out and disowned me for getting scammed by a Papa Johns. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

    Ordered food to a hotel on the next block. Ordered way before closing time. Food never showed up. I called 5 minutes before closing I was told food is still being prepped. Called 5 minutes after closing and was told door dash stole my order. Do not. Absolutely do not order from this store unless you want your money taken and your food not delivered.

    Went to this Papa John’s to pick up a Shaq-a-Roni, and they had not even started making the pizza 15 minutes after arriving. I will not be coming back to this Papa John’s even if I got free pizza from this Papa John’s.
