When I arrived to place an order, two employees were sitting at the cashier, both completely focused on their phones. I politely said “excuse me,” but instead of responding professionally, they just stared at me and laughed. I waited for a while, and when I asked again if someone could take my order, one of them continued laughing and finally took it in a very rude and disrespectful way. There was absolutely no professionalism, no respect, and no basic customer service. Both employees behaved in a childish and offensive manner. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning. Management needs to take customer service seriously and train their staff properly.
