Spoke to the manager, who sounded overwhelmed. But we were assured 30 and it would be there. When the pizza was done, it said delivery approx of 7:08. So I called, placed on carryout and picked it up. The store was full or Doordashers and delivery guys. The pizzas were hot, tasted amazing, and the party was saved. Then we received a refund for the order. Which was not asked for, and was incredibly gracious. Thanks for standing behind your employees and your store. This gesture was above and beyond our expectations. We are talking about delivery, after all. Which is such a novelty. Thanks for making it right. We will continue to be patrons on the value and customer service.
