    The food was supposed to be done at 6:04 and it wasn’t done until 7:40 because the workers had to remake pizzas bc they were burnt and when we got out pizza they were very toasty and we also ordered garlic knots but opened the box to cinnamon bites/rolls. Those were also pretty toasty and not edible.

    Ordered delivery took almost 2 hours. Order was wrong so called the store and was on hold for almost 30 min, wasn't able to get it fixed.

    I hate that this store is the only option on the website its terrible and they have messed up every single order the last time I ordered a pizza on November 10th I gave them another chance and again someone ate one of the peppers in the box and the pizza was cold the sticker wasn't even all the way on the box so this was done on purpose I will never order here again they are sloppy lazy and won't answer the phone when you call you literally have to go in close this store

    The Papa John’s on Dixie is always busy, but the team still gives 100% to get the orders out quickly. The pizza always tastes great — I’ve never had a single complaint based on my experience. The staff is very polite and attentive. Definitely one of the best Papa John’s locations I’ve been to! 🍕👏

    The pizza was good but the food looked like it piled into each other in the oven. The cheese sticks and pizzas were all folded up. I understand this store gets busy but you shouldn't send food out looking like this.
