One employee was actually eating over someone else’s food while it was being made, which is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. I waited an entire hour just to find out my food had been given away to someone else. Then I had to wait even longer for them to remake my order. There was no apology, no thank you. I was simply told to wait to the side until it was done. This was terrible customer service and shows a complete lack of training and management. I would never eat at this location again. Very disappointing experience.

This location uses doordash drivers and at some point between the store and my friends house the cheesesticks looked like they were missing half the order and looked like theyd been tossed around ridiculously and only half of the pizza had toppings and sauce on it while the crust was hard as a rock. When i called to inquire about the order and the way it came they assured me they were going to make another order and have it “redelivered” and the wait time would be 45 mins to an hour… that was at 8:43pm and here it is 11pm and my friend and our kids have not seen a driver in sight. If you want to spend $30.00 on some hard crust and shoddy service…. This is your spot

Those were also pretty toasty and not edible.
