After about 10 minutes of waiting, I asked again and someone else points out to her that it's sitting on the warming rack. So she made up the 5 minutes because she never even looked for the order. Absolutely ridiculous. I worked for Papa John's for almost 15 years and I know how simple it is to read the names on the labels. Do better!
