Each time I was told that someone from corporate would be calling me and that the store would be contacting me. I have yet to be contacted and my address is still not in the system. An unwanted customer is a lost customer.

I have gone to pick up my order & someone had it out for delivery. I had to wait till they returned to get my pizza. I have gotten home & the pizza wasn't cut into pieces. Yesterday I went to pick up my pizza at the time I was supposed to get it & got this dear in the headlight look. They haven't even started preparing it. I always call in on Saturday to pick up on Sunday after Church due to the fact that they aren't open before Church starts. Am I irritated? "YES" to say the least. Well I ever go back. Tell Shaw he lost this one! Never again will I darken their doors 🚪. I have never seen the same people twice in their. Big turnover rate!

None of the pizzas we ordered met quality standards—several were missing ingredients and poorly prepared. When we reached out, the so-called manager refused to offer a refund or any customer-focused solution. Papa John’s quality has become inconsistent, so think twice before ordering. There are plenty of other options out there.
