  What's your guys Louisville, KY Distribution Center phone number? It's not listed on Google maps, and no body at the office, nor in at the customer service knows the phone number to them. Can least it on Google or at least let your managers and customer service know it?

  I am leaving a 1 star due to poor service. I have called multiple times over the corse of three months to have my address added for delivery. Each time I was told that someone from corporate would be calling me and that the store would be contacting me. I have yet to be contacted and my address is still not in the system. An unwanted customer is a lost customer.

  I have gone to Papa John's at different times in Duncan, Oklahoma. Very seldom was the experience a good one. I have received a pizza that wasn't cooked. I have gone to pick up my order & someone had it out for delivery. I had to wait till they returned to get my pizza. I have gotten home & the pizza wasn't cut into pieces. Yesterday I went to pick up my pizza at the time I was supposed to get it & got this dear in the headlight look. They haven't even started preparing it. I always call in on Saturday to pick up on Sunday after Church due to the fact that they aren't open before Church starts. Am I irritated? "YES" to say the least. Well I ever go back. Tell Shaw he lost this one! Never again will I darken their doors 🚪. I have never seen the same people twice in their. Big turnover rate!
