- ALAnthony Logsdon6 days ago1.0We took our son to an interview at this restaurant. His interview was scheduled at four. We arrived at 10 till four. We decided we would eat an order him something for after his interview. There were 5 tables used in the entire restaurant. The hostess was kind that seated us. She said the server would be right with us. 10 minutes later and still no server. We were the only people on the left side of restaurant. We were very visible. We decided we should not stay even though it was convenient. We got up and left. At 4:02 we left and went out to our car to wait for our son’s 4 pm interview to finish. At 4:35 he called us and said he was also still sitting there and no interview started yet! He elected to leave and not say anything to them. Horrible on customer and employee side. I called the restaurant and asked for general manager. They said Jeff was available. I explained the information above and he said I have several interviews scheduled at the same time. Who does that? Intentionally?

- AKAaron KacmarcikDec 31, 20255.0Got the steak and rib combo, with broccoli and house salad, same thing every time because it is absolutely amazing every single time. The one time it wasn't, the manager made it right, which was very appreciated. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium and the ribs fell right off the bone. Outback is my favorite for a reason and I'll keep going back. Two thumbs up 👍 👍 and stars all around.
