Didn't ever bring my large water... several fruit flies at the bar (as in, many) ... really bad draft beer selection... bar still had crumbs on it from the Outback bread of the previous customer (place was very slow, certainly wasn't because anyone was too busy to clean up)... Customer Service ain't what it used to be... Decided against the burger -- didn't want to fight the fruit flies, or wait until I might have been 90% done with my burger and needed condiments or whatever... took my app to go Probably last time I go here

All of the servers worked as a well oiled machine, helping each other out, focusing on the customer’s needs- SO refreshing and NO attitudes- everyone was friendly! Maybe it’s a Kentucky thing, but it was nice to see-all the way until the hostess held the door for us as we were leaving! Food was good as always-
