  5-stars entirely for our guy Antwan! My daughter really wanted to pop in for the arcade games, it was getting to be soon to closing time and we wanted ten or fifteen mins of play for some baby sloths for her collection. Antwan got her hooked up with some gaming and was a total gem- having employed hundreds of employees over the years in my own restaurants, I'd take him in a heartbeat seeing how he handled us this late into a shift! I appreciated him a lot. Can't wait to visit again and hope to see his smiling face then too!

  Drove an hour to get to this Gatti’s. It IS NOT the same gattis taste or flavor we are all used to. Taste like a totally different pizza chain. Pizza cold and tasteless.No tomatoes in salad bar. Games were so expensive. Kids only played 3 games a piece. Each most games was 2.00 to play. Will not be back. This WAS NOT gattis. They may have the name but not the same taste.

  Very dirty. Very sticky. Disgusting bathrooms. Gross dishes. Over priced games. Several games don’t work. Three games say they work, and then just take your money. The staff is very rude, whatever guy at the front counter tonight (white, messy hair, stubble) he clearly hates his job. Acted like everything was an inconvenience. Tried to argue the coupons we were using. The parking lot here is ALWAYS empty, and this is why. Will not be returning to this location. Waste of money to go here. This review comes after visit 3 of it being terrible here.

  CLOSE THE PLACE DOWN !! I took my family of 5 cost $68 once I paid and walked in I regretted it the food looked like it could make you sick 🤢 the salad bar was disgusting salad looked 3 days old laying in a bowel of water , the tables and floors were nasty ! They have very few games and out of the few only like 4 games were working properly the staff was even worse not sure if the man was a manager or what but he had 2 employees in the hallway talking about the place closing down they had no heat in the building, in all honesty that is there least of worries ! The sanitation of that place is down right horrible ! The same lady who welcomed us in handling money was also handling and touching food in the back I will never take my family back I was robbed out of 68$ this place should be ashamed ! And whoever called about a birthday party ! Please for the love of God do not have a kids party there save your time money! Close the place down 👎👎👎

  The general manager is unwilling to do any type of reimbursement for they're food giving both me and my fiance food poisoning as she was lying stating the food was fresh I wish I would've taken pictures of how the food looked because it was absolutely disgusting and I haven't stopped getting sick since yesterday when we went and ate there it was absolutely the worst 30 dollar we have ever spent and thats saying alot because I've been in places that I've had hair in my food and it was better than this place and we will never be back again and whenever i tried to call to get the name of the gm and the coorperate number i was left on hold for 30 minutes before they just hung up on me so i will be putting in a code violation to the food safety because this isnt right
