Our server, Sarah, was truly top-notch. Her recommendations were spot-on, her timing was perfect, and on top of that she is absolutely hilarious. She made us feel completely comfortable and turned what could have been just a great dinner into a genuinely unforgettable night. Demi, the hostess, went above and beyond in the most thoughtful way. She added a special touch to our table to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary, took our picture, and consistently checked in to make sure we were happy and comfortable. That extra care truly meant so much to us. Ethan, the assistant manager, seated us and even helped deliver our food, which speaks volumes about the teamwork and pride at this location. Between Sarah, Demi, and Ethan, we felt genuinely celebrated and cared for — not just served. On top of the incredible service, the food was an easy 10/10 across the board. Everything was perfectly prepared, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for in a top-tier steakhouse. This was hands down the best service we’ve ever had, and it made our anniversary incredibly special. Morton’s Louisville has set the bar extremely high, and we can’t wait to return.
