  Twice now ive had to go back because my order was completely messed up. One incident involved a whole burger missing and the other with the entire bottle of mac sauce on it. Other incident the big Mac requested light mac sauce and was given extra mayo, went back just for another sloppy burger. Would not recommend ordering from here.

  Ordered here for delivery on feb 6th 60$ was try of food over half didn’t show up and what was delivered was wrong. Been waiting 2 weeks on my refund they said they processed and approved for the store to push through but nothing. 2 weeks on a 60$ refund is crazy while they all play dumb and act like there’s nothing they can do. The store is being investigated by coorperate after 6 escalations.

  What an absolute waste of time, money, emotions. I order breakfast for my pregnant girlfriend and I'm already in line waiting for the other person who pulled up at the EXACT SAME TIME AS ME, he's taking his time putting in his order while I already had mine placed and was waiting to give the person my code, I give her my code mind you it's still 10:29 technically breakfast and then she comes back 2 minutes later saying we can't make your order it's past 10:30, then why on gods green earth did this man who ordered breakfast AFTER I ALREADY PLACED MINE, get his food but my pregnant girlfriend has to go about her day without breakfast all because you were too lazy to make the order

  I’m not sure why they keep pulling cars forward in the drive thru, because it clearly isn’t to make fresh food. Every visit is the same story. Tonight there were zero other cars, yet I still waited almost 10 minutes, only to be handed cold burgers and cold fries. The service is just as cold as the food. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no “have a good night”... it’s like interacting with NPCs who haven’t been programmed yet. I really wanted to like this new Mcdonald's, but after repeated chances, it’s obvious they don’t care about speed, quality, or customers.
