Order problems are fairly normal and the crew closes the lobby early sometimes. This wouldn’t normally be a problem, but when the McDonald’s app lets you place a counter pickup order after they close the lobby, they expect you to walk up to the drive thru window to get your order. This is the second time this has happened to us, and is likely a problem for other customers as well. If nothing else, they need to turn off counter pickup orders when the lobby is closed, as pedestrians in the drive thru is a safety hazard.
