When I arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes later I was told my order was canceled and food thrown away. The manager said he can't help me because it was through the app and he wouldn't use the app. He could offer no solution and could not show me the order was canceled on his end. It still shows as an active order in the app. Apparently it's my job to figure this out and I have to call the help desk? I didn't know placing an order meant I was now an employee. Feel free to go behind the counter and do it yourself if you use the app. According to the manager at this location customers who use the app have to take care of things on their own. Be sure to tip yourself.
