I ordered and paid anyways and took a picture of the promotion. I showed the manager "Connor" the picture and he didn't have the ability to explain or understand the menu prices. I asked him if this has happened before and he told me I was "the only one to complain". I'm sure the General Manager "Candice" expects better customer service than having glassy eyed "Connor" stare at a picture from my phone, of his drive thru menu and accuse me of complaining about a price that he can clearly see differs from what I'm being charged. The young lady working the window did a better job representing the restaurant and attempting to explain. I'm sorry she had to defer to "Connor" who is less skilled in the areas he represents.
