Employee actually questioned me, very accusingly, as why I ordered my fries wo salt and was it just to get fresh fries bc in his words "people actually do that!"
Fact is I ordered no salt bc I do not like the amount of salt McDonald's puts on their fries.! And furthermore I don't have to explain my reasoning as to why I ordered it that way to u sir!! It is ur job to ensure i get what I ordered and paid for! U are paid to provide a service not to interrogate the customer who paid for the service!! Please educate and train these service industry workers on customer service etiquette prior to giving them access to the customers paying for ur services!!

Their were only 4 people in the drive through. Lobby already closed. We sat their for 10 minutes waiting for service. When we finally got service we were rushed and the lady was very rude. After we had got our food we were missing our 40 nuggets. Pulled back then was told we already got our food. The staff around was mean mugging us still stating we already got our food. Not a good experience at all.

For a simple order of a quarter pounder I have to wait 10 mins and the burger have double bun bottoms and the pattie was burn and broke in pieces.

😤😡Acabo de salir de ahí para jamás volver, me he llevado muy mala experiencia mal educados desde el que te atiende hasta el que te sirve la comida, el que nos atendió parecía estar dormido o drogado sin ganas de trabajar le pedí una cajita feliz a mi niño y las papas todas venías sueltas y el pan no estaba envuelto en su envoltura le pedí papas extra y me dieron un mc chicken. Pésimo servicio sin ganas de atenderte concentrados en el teléfono todos . PÉSIMO SERVICIO 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
😤😡I just left there to never go back, I have taken a very bad experience badly educated from the one who serves you to the one who serves you the food, the one who served us seemed to be asleep or drugged without wanting to work I asked my child for a happy box and the potatoes all came loose and the bread was not wrapped in its wrapper I asked for extra potatoes and they gave me a mc chicken. Terrible service without wanting to attend you focused on the phone all. TERRIBLE SERVICE 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
