Good lord, 3 times in a row I've been made to wait by the same person with the red shirt. Consistently ignoring everyone standing by the register. Also, why lie about my coffee not being ready? It's just black coffee and CLEARLY just sitting on the back counter. Back to back horrible experience at this place.

My family and I spent Valentine’s Day at McDonald’s, and it turned into a genuinely special memory for us. The service was outstanding, friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Our food came out hot and fresh in no time, and the dining area was spotless and well-maintained.
What really stood out was the professionalism of the management team. You could tell they take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for families. It’s not every day that a quick stop turns into a moment you’ll always remember, but this location made it happen.
This is truly a must-visit spot. We’ll absolutely be back anytime, we left with full stomachs and even fuller hearts.

On 1/12/26, I placed a mobile order for this location @9:00am. Mobile orders are usually filled in no more than 5 minutes. This location was focused on drive thru orders! Customers walking into restaurant were not greeted or offered counter service. Multiple folks walked out. I waited and watched my order # on the teleprompter screen not move. Yet, the drive thru orders were being handed out. Finally at 9:26 am, I was given my order. No apologies. NOTHING! Emailed corporate. They passed it on to the franchise. I received one email that they would ask the manager. NOTHING FROM THEM EITHER! That franchise owns 5-6 stores in the Louisville/Southern IN area. I will not support any of them. Ill drive out of my way to support another operator or corporate store before stepping foot in her stores.
