The lazy workers quit answering the drivethru at 11. Should you get food during the middle of the day, you will get an incomplete order and the food will be undercooked and terrible. Call the store number? They don't care, they don't even answer the phone Dunno why their automated robot reply asks to fill out a form. Look at the literally HUNDREDS of one star reviews of this place. Filling out a form doesn't fix the problem here, you guys just don't care

They said no ice cream products so I asked about getting to Strawberry cream pies. I get up to the window. They say they can’t do strawberry pies. Do I want apple or cookies? I say cookies get my order. There’s no fries with my meal and no sauce in the bag that I requested. I drive all the way around and wait again in line then when I pull up, imagine my surprise when I look in and I see a hot fudge sundae, waiting to go for the car behind me, but I was told there’s no ice cream products. I’ve been sick for a week and all I wanted was ice cream. It’s very unprofessional and he lost a sale so I imagine if that’s just me how much money the store is losing.

And NO they were NOT the slightest bit busy. Yes, they were fully staffed. They are just absolute trash at what they do, which is pitiful, it’s fast food.. NOT rocket science.
