When I asked for ketchup, they tried to charge me 25 cents per packet! I’ve never had to pay for ketchup anywhere else, so I just went without it. Then, I got my coffee and realized they didn’t even add the cream and sugar I asked for. It’s not a complicated order, but it seemed like no one cared to get it right. Between the nickel-and-diming for condiments and the lack of attention to basic requests, this location really needs better customer service training. Definitely won’t be stopping here again anytime soon.
