This location will find a way to screw up every single thing you order. Will literally never give you the sauce you ordered with your nuggets. You always have to ask a second time to receive your actual order.

My problem isn't unique to this McDonalds, and not to McDonalds alone. You use the ordering queue to enter your order. You enter a number for a flag on your table s they can bring your food. Then you wait and wait and wait, and you get your food at the same time you get the up for your drink. Someone needs to monitor the front. Why say you will deliver food to the table when they are waiting at the register to get a drink before they sit down?

I do not like the kiosks and no costumer service.... Steak bagel is on point at this location too. Bathroom is usually clean.

The manager is very rude on all occasions I asked for extra Carmel and paid for extra when I received my drink it didn’t have the extra that I paid for in it so I asked for it and she was upset that she had to add it so she literally put the whole bottle in it so I went around and parked and asked for my money back she only gave me a refund for one because the other person drink a sip out of it and told me I could always go to another McDonald I called corporate never hear anything back went back again and the same rude Manager was there I asked for Oreo and she poured a bottle of chocolate on top of it worst customer service ever . who can’t get one drink right or is it on purpose maybe I’ll look in to getting a lawyer I’m not hard to get along with just want to get what I paid for not more nothing less but at some point worst McDonalds ever it’s just the closest one to my house .
