    I was picking up for Doordash. There was 1 lady doing it all. Taking and bagging her own orders!! Even though the drive-thru was backed up, she kept it moving; Service with a smile 😃 I let her know that she was doing a magnificent job, keep it up!!

    I ask the lady twice for cook to order when I got to the window the gas said she didn't put it in cook the order which I knew she didn't because it didn't say it on the board and after I seen that on the board I asked her again to make sure it was cooked to order now when the cooks get the ticket if it doesn't say cook to order it will not be cooked to order so he fixed it made it cook to order when I got the sandwich the chicken on the sandwich was small the bun was bigger than the actual chicken so I had a lot of bun left over and the fries was supposed to be cooked to order too they were cold wasn't cooked to order this is the second time I've had the same problem at this McDonald's nobody likes cold food not even the workers who work there I'm pretty sure that every lunch break or every birthday take it if they eat that particular food they're cooking it to order I know it's fast food but that doesn't mean it has to be cold do better
