  I ask the lady twice for cook to order when I got to the window the gas said she didn't put it in cook the order which I knew she didn't because it didn't say it on the board and after I seen that on the board I asked her again to make sure it was cooked to order now when the cooks get the ticket if it doesn't say cook to order it will not be cooked to order so he fixed it made it cook to order when I got the sandwich the chicken on the sandwich was small the bun was bigger than the actual chicken so I had a lot of bun left over and the fries was supposed to be cooked to order too they were cold wasn't cooked to order this is the second time I've had the same problem at this McDonald's nobody likes cold food not even the workers who work there I'm pretty sure that every lunch break or every birthday take it if they eat that particular food they're cooking it to order I know it's fast food but that doesn't mean it has to be cold do better

  Great place to pull over and rest for a few hours, if need be. Food came out fast and, good. The staff didn't ask me to leave or order more for hanging out there. Very much appreciated them.

  The worst customer service ever , I came there, asking for steak eggs bagel combo , Instead, they put a ham in my sandwich , I don’t eat pork . It happened this morning 10/26/25v, around 8:05 am . On McDonald’s Fern Valley Rd I don’t eat pork, you should respect my beliefs . . Then I called the store around 1:30 pm , Talk to the manager, but she hung up on me. so after what happened I will never ever go to any McDonald’s of the rest of my life . this is so disgusting , You should be ashamed of yourself , and the one who did this, I will never forgive you

  The service was terrible! I ordered online and when I told the lady I didn't get my sauces she called me a liar and making slick comments. She actually made me show her the bag to prove I didn't get them. I would starve before I spend any more of my money there.
