  I paid 27 dollars and didn’t get what I wanted then the manager wouldn’t address the problem she ignored us. Her employees were very rude on top of that I specifically asked for fresh food so what they did was put fresh food on the top and old food on the bottom all the same messing up our order. I wouldn’t recommend this location it’s always shooting at this McDonald’s or something else going on up there. Don’t eat up there there very unprofessional and disgusting customer service!

  They could make the effort to make a filetofish not all a mess with the cheese half off the filet and the tarter sauce all on the side of the bun, bun hanging off the dang sammich

  20 minutes for a medium fry and a coke is absurd. Staff had no clue what was going on. I could have (and probably should have) driven to a different location, ordered, got my food, and drive back to this location before they had a medium fry ready…

  This is ridiculous I've been sitting in the drive through for over 15 minutes and I'm gonna get the second car. And they have not took nobody orders, cars has pulled off. And I was a manager myself, I know there's a timer, I don't even see how they don't get suspended for this, because this is so unacceptable. Bad.\n Service, slow, they need to hire some more people.\n That knows what they're doing because they obviously don't care, and it's always like this on first tree. They need to fire everybody in there and rehire people that's going to work, and it is dedicated to their job.

  I recently visited your establishment, and I had a somewhat unusual experience at the pay window. The attendant there did not speak to me, even though we made eye contact. I offered a thumbs-up gesture, which she returned. I was under the impression that since she had my code and my card is automatically charged when I provide it, I was cleared to proceed. However, I was then yelled at when I got to the second window and informed that I had bypassed the first window and needed to pay. When I attempted to explain the situation, the same attendant from the pay counter approached me and rudely insisted that I had not paid. It seems there may have been an error in entering my code, as I frequent your establishment several times a week without issue, and my transaction at another McDonald's shortly after worked perfectly. I would kindly suggest that customer interactions be handled with more courtesy and common sense. Due to the way I was treated, I chose not to complete my order and left the drink on the ledge.
