    Caution! Careless worker handed me my coffee at the drive thru with the lid unattached. Spilled hot coffee on my hand and sleeve of my coat. Didnt even apoligize. 2nd time this has happened recently. Do some safety training and hire people who want to be there!

    If I could give 0 stars and leave a review I would. I just order a 10 piece chicken nugget and a large fry with no salt. Im a mom with 3 kids, I take care of them all day and then I go out while they sleep to work door dash and I usually never stop to get food for myself because im saving money for Christmas. Well tonight I decided to stop and get something to help me work all night since I have been so busy today with my kids and so I ordered online, and waited a few minutes after ordering to go through the drive thru to pick up my meal. I asked for no salt on my fries and was given fries that were just dropped back down in the deep fryer to be heated up. I was even pulled to the side to wait for the supposedly fresh fries they were making. I couldn't even bite into them, they were that hard. When I was given my bag, right away all I could smell was old grease. I look at my food and try a fry, notice the fries were to hard to eat and went to check my nuggets and of course instead of making new ones because they knew they had been sitting in the drawer for a long time. They gave me the old ones, just dropped back into the fryer to heat up. They smell horrible, they look horrible. The box even has grease all over it from them just dumping it from the fryer basket into the box. Which everyone knows not to mess with chicken, doesn't matter if its raw or if its old, chicken is the main thing to cause someone to get sick. I get its late, but obviously you are working 3rd shift and when you are ready for your lunch or dinner, you will make sure your food is fresh. So why not you do the same for your customers? You went ahead and pulled me anyway to wait for food im not going to eat, i would have waited for all fresh stuff if you would have just said, "ma'am we haven't been busy tonight and don't want to waste our product, we are cooking everything to order to assure your food is to our standards, we are sorry for the inconvenience, it's going to take around 5 minutes to make your food." I have worked for McDonald's and I know what the company expects and could point out multiple violations in just my one visit. Have some pride in your food you send out, even if it's just mcdonalds. I wouldn't even feed this food to my dog, and that's something to be ashamed of. I was not satisfied or impressed with your store at all. Your standards are set so low. Between unhappy employees just mehing through their shifts to the overall bad job they think they do well serving the public.

    If you can’t speak English then don’t work the drive thru. First I pulled up to the drive-through windowand the employee is screaming proceeds to apologize I assume she didn’t know Her headset was on. My order was two double cheeseburgers, medium fry spicy McChicken large fry, large sweet tea and then I ordered a happy meal for my granddaughter. Which they never bothered to ask what I wanted to drink with happy meal. I get to the window they gave me my order. I asked about my granddaughter’s drink with her happy meal. The lady keeps saying it’s your tea, I said no that’s mine. What about the drink for her happy meal? It’s your sweet tea. She just keeps repeating it’s your tea. Apparently, they up charged me the sweet tea to go with happy meal. I just pulled off. I will never go back to the McDonald’s horrible service.
