Terrible customer service. Massed up my order then could not even effectively communicate with me about what the issue was. They need to get better workers. Maybe they need to pay people more money. Whatever the case may be, this location sucks.

I ordered the McDouble value meal and didn’t receive my McDouble only the fries, nuggets and drink. I submitted an email via the customer care link and never heard back. Trying to call the store didn’t work either and was too far away to go back.

Caution! Careless worker handed me my coffee at the drive thru with the lid unattached. Spilled hot coffee on my hand and sleeve of my coat. Didnt even apoligize. 2nd time this has happened recently. Do some safety training and hire people who want to be there!
