Unfortunately, 3 out of the 5 daily visits, our orders have been incorrect — we request simple ingredients to not be added in our tab but directions are not followed. What’s more disappointing than the mistakes is the dismissive attitude when we try to address them. There’s very little accountability or willingness to make things right, which leaves us feeling like our business isn’t valued. There was a young woman there that gave blatant attitude and refusal to our paid requests. A few workers may apologize but give no solution nor compensation for these mistakes. We wanted to support a local restaurant and be regular customers, but the consistent errors and lack of care have made that difficult. Hopefully, they take feedback seriously and work on improving both their order accuracy and customer service.
