  The two employees in meat department act like 5 year kids yelling and on their phones, no help at all. Then they want to make a comment under their breath about you. Krogers either needs to fire the two kids or the Store Manager listed, Benjamin Fitzgerald. I guess I’ll just start going to Publix across the street, their employees are very nice and helpful - Krogers needs to learn a few things from them. Of course when you go to the customer service department to ask for the manager no one is there.

  The store is fine. I use clicklist a lot due to small children and twice the mixed “made in store” melon has had hair in it. Not one or two but on all the pieces of fruit. This seems like a pattern. Clicklist employees are so nice it’s just the product I have concerns with.

  Hi, my name is Jamie, I am a regular at the Kroger 10010 Ballardsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40241 There is an employee who gives me exceptional customer service, she is very helpful, she makes my shopping experience better, she is very kind and she always makes my drink te way I like it. The employee in question is named Mariana she works at the Starbucks.

  Service has gone downhill. The woman at checkout just stared at me when she was done ringing me up. And it’s no better going to self checkout. Treated like a criminal when their machines are what’s faulty. Open more lines if you’re worried about stealing, but don’t treat normal working people trying to get in and out with their groceries like criminals. We have options now. we don’t have to come to your store to be treated this way.
