Greeted by I’m pretty sure an off clock employee who was bouncing off the wall, walked in wasn’t greeted by the lady at the counter then she proceeded to walk away for 5 minutes after we stand there at the counter and came back just to clock out for lunch and loudly shouts at the other employees that she is clocked out so we then had to wait almost another 10 minutes to be taken care of. Wasn’t the greatest experience from this Krispy Kreme, donuts were good though once we got them.

Stopped by Krispy Kreme to grab a quick treat and it did not disappoint. The glazed donuts were soft, warm, and basically melt in your mouth — especially when the “Hot Now” sign is on. The staff were friendly and the place smelled amazing the second I walked in. Only thing I didn’t love was that the specialty donuts were a little pricey, but they still tasted great. Overall, it’s always a solid stop when you’re craving something sweet.

Staff are rude and racist against white people. We spend a lot of money in this store and try to be easy going and understanding. We have never been treated with such disrespect or disregard by a manager. We have never been treated so poorly when the store didn't have any of the donuts from an online order and then proceeded to act like it wasn't a big deal and refused to offer any compromise or work with us to make sure we were happy with the experience. Also, didn't refund the difference in donut costs after trading out much cheaper donuts than the ones we paid for online. On top of that, had the audacity to try to not give us a free donut promotion offered on the app that was included in the order for some reason. They didn't even have any of them and we settled for a simple donut of lesser value on top of that. With no apology, no extra offers or any kind of concern or anything about our experience or patronage. They told my boyfriend repeatedly they didn't have any chocolate iced cream filled donuts the same week when they had them as footballs for super bowl and never offered him those and they were the same price. He literally was in there 3 different times in a week and they told him they didn't have any of those when they obviously did and we found that out when we had to substitute the entire online order the same week. They treat other customers that aren't white with much more concern and care. The manager was disrespectful and had an attitude. They are not ever decorated with any kind of artistic ability, they seldom have enough of their regular donuts ever and the girl that works there doesn't know anything about donuts or in general it seems. My boyfriend asked what a custard donut tasted like and she said lemon. She is also the one who made the hideous football donuts and never told him they were chocolate cream filled three different days he asked if they had any. And twice we have ordered online only to get there and then act like they didn't have any online orders only to realize they had not cared to see it or chose to ignore ours personally and then had to wait for them to again not have most of the donuts ordered and not even acknowledge or apologize about having to wait on an order we had placed and they vehemently accused us of lying about until he showed them the online receipt email before they even looked to see if they did. No apology, no offer or an extra donut or even a sense that they even cared it was their mistake. We were treated like we are hassling them each time and if you know how expensive these donuts are you would probably think that is absolutely insane for a business to treat regular paying customers with such indifference or outright rudeness. Funny thing is she offered several black customers extra donuts that night and to give them the entire right order the next day if they wanted but not us and when the cashier said she would ask the manager the manager walked out there and looked at my boyfriend...who is kind, sweet, too nice and nonconfrontational... and turned her nose up and said no to giving him any extra donuts or even the right order the next day because they didn't have any we ordered out of two dozen online. Didn't offer to adjust the ticket when we were forced to take cheaper donuts instead and tried to keep the extra promotion donut because they were out of it too instead of even offering a cheap substitute. This was right before closing and I hope you understand they throw hundreds of dollars worth of donuts away at the end of the night. I did reach out to the franchise and they were so apologetic and sincere and offered us multiple comps and offers to try to make it right. Funny thing is the next day after they got back with me and he goes in there our online order is ready and waiting even if there was no pleasantries or even common decency from the manager. You could tell she had heard about it from someone though by how tense she was and how she handled the order instead of the girl that doesn't know anything about donuts who works the counter.

Ask for refund from an online order and they try to take your money and not give you a refund. Often times the workers have attitude when the answer the phone. Going to a different one from now on And will get the cops involved if I don't get my money back from last encounter from these guys. Its a scam really.

Drove up for doughnuts through the drive thru. Speaker says, "pull up to window" so I do. Then after sitting there over 10 minutes. A kid come to the window while literally holding his pants up so that they don't fall down to the ground and says, "you have to come inside " I asked him howcome because I have a infant in my vehicle and didn't want to get her out in this bad weather . The kid then tells me that they can't serve out that window because there is only 3 employees. I reminded him that he was currently talking to me through the drive thru window. He said oh well, I still cant serve you unless you walk in. So why do yall have a drive thru??? You realize some parents can't come inside right? Yall need to do alot better. And may want to maybe supply belts for your workers so that aren't touching everyone's food after hold their pants up throughout their entire shift.!!! This is by far thee most ratchet KK doughnuts ive ever been to. You could tell that the kid could care less too. Thought it was amusing that I didn't understand why he couldn't serve me through the same window that he was talking to me through.
