  I love this place. I however did not love the rude cashier and stale donuts that I was given yesterday. She acted as if I was wasting all kinds of her time because I asked her if I could use my coupon and would she tell me exactly what it was for since I didn't have my glasses. She only stared at me and did not speak. I was the only customer there. I'll keep going to the Clarksville store instead of Bardstown Rd. It felt THAT awkward. I went to the restroom after placing my order and came back. She did not speak to me, she did not instruct me to get my box from another counter. We stared at each other for a minute then I asked if my order was ready and she turned away from me. I saw a box at the end of the counter and took a peek. Sure, it looked like the Winter Lineup that I was there for so I took them and left. When I got home 30 minutes later and had my milk ready, my donut was hard and stale. The rest of them were too. I don't know if it was a racial thing and whites aren't welcome there but I felt overall uncomfortable. I'll never be back.

  First and foremost my delivery driver was phenomenal. The doughnuts were awful. I paid $30 for an assorted dozen because I wanted the delicious Krispy Kreme experience. I was sadly disappointed. Half the doughnuts were stale. Yes I ordered at 1030am on a sat, but they were hard. On top of that, there was no filling. There was just enough (the equivalent of a dime) and that was it. Lastly, shrink flation is a thing. These doughnuts tiny. I would have had better quality doughnuts had I gone to Theron’s. Lesson learned.

  Just drove across town to the Krispy Kreme donut store on Bardstown Road in Louisville, KY. I went inside because they never serve hot donuts at the drive thru window. To my surprise, they did not have a single hot donut even though the line was running and it’s 10:30am on a Saturday morning. I asked when I could get some and she said it would be a while. This is ridiculous. Everyone wants hot donuts from Krispy Kreme. This will be my last visit, sadly.

  The staff was beyond rude! This visit and the previous visit. I purchased the Peanuts Collection on Christmas Eve, the doughnuts were a complete mess and not fresh. The experience was rushed and very unpleasant. I do not recommend this location at all!

  The donuts were great as always. The service was spectacular. As soon as I walked in I was offered a warm donut. I was a little early to pick up my order but they filled it immediately.
