I can't imagine how good it would have been if it was piping hot as it had come out of the kitchen. Had (got) to put my kiwami kuro Ramen in the fridge to save for dinner after work. Best bowl I've had in a long time. Perfectly seasoned rich and warm bowl of Ramen to cap off the first cold night of the fall/winter. Can't wait to come into the restaurant! Photo of an empty bowl because I drank all the broth after the noodles were gone!
