In each of the three previous times I have had their food there was something wrong or missing. First time I was missing an extra sauce I had paid for, and received the wrong sandwich (which was delicious) and extra mac n cheese. Hard to complain about that one. Last time, two of my four sauces were missing. This time I Doordashed an order, my boneless wings were delicious but barely dusted with the Nashville Hot oil/seasoning, which was the whole point of getting Joella's instead of somewhere else. The food is always great but definitely lacking accuracy. They do give great portion sizes too, especially when you compare them to their new competitor in town, Dave's.
