First thing $15 parking. We would have turned around but had presents and was meeting 11 others for a reservation at 2pm. Had the fish and chips. The frys were ok but fish was over cooked. And the tiny hush puppies were tiny and cute but not good. Will not come again and will not recommend.

The food quality was great, I wouldn't recommend the crab cakes appetizer, unless its for 1 person. It's says its a lump of crab meat and that is exactly what it was. We were thinking literal crab cakes like we've had at other restaurants. Lol no, like an icecream scoop of crab meat and a tiny bit of salad maybe another ice cream scoop full. Our fault we didn't read the description better, but in fairness they shouldn't call it crab cakes. And for $15.99 that's sad.

Excellent management team at this Joe's Crab Shack to help make things right as one of the entrees, Land & Sea, included steak, shrimp, mashed potatoes and broccoli: the steak was ordered to be medium done, however it came rare and bluish and was cool to touch. The manager came by to check on us and she agreed the steak was not done properly and agreed to have the kitchen remake the steak. The steak came back prepared properly. The only issue is that it took quite some time, so I had already finished my Crab Stuffed Salmon entree (which was delicious). The kitchen manager came by and talked with us when the steak came back - we were happy that it was re-made properly, just disappointed in the delay to have it remade. Chelsie, our server, was excellent!

Went in to get a table and possibly eat but couldn't get a server or hostess to help us out. No clue if we were supposed to seat ourselves as there was no signage about waiting or seating yourself. Left without talking to anyone

Amazing. I had their crab stuffed salmon and it was just so good. Their mashed potatoes were great. Service was good even on Valentine's which was so packed. They shout something like "look out there's a shark in the water AAAHH" when someone orders the shark bite alcoholic drink which can be annoying but it's likely fun for many. Great spot.
