What a disaster. They had one piece of normal bread left so I ordered it for my kids sandwich and it was completely wrong (ordered a slim roast beef and there was a bunch of toppings and none were roast beef).

After spending $16.36 for a whole bunch of bread, sprinkles of bacon a whole bunch of lettuce very little turkey and very little cheese. I definitely will not be back..

Owners want you to pay for their employees through your food prices but also by shaming you into tipping. The machine now asks for tips for counter service, which is bad enough. But, there isn't a 'No' option. You have to select 'other' and then go type in $0 and then confirm. The owner should pay their employees a decent wage and not ask us to subsidize it. If they can't afford to pay their employees, they need to raise their prices and we can decide whether we agree with those prices or not.
