Fast service, great sandwiches. The rewards program kind of sucks because the app said I had some available rewards, but when I got to the counter to redeem it, they said it wasn't showing up on my account. Dunno, not a big deal.

If I could rate my experience today with10 stars I would!! I wanna give a huge shout out to 2 really amazing employees today for going above and beyond to make sure I received my togo order. Olivia one of the managers and her sister Kaitlyn not only exceeded my expectations but went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied!! After uber was originally supposed to drop off my takeout order that never arrived, i called the store and Olivia made took amazing care of me. Im not the one to complain usually but dont mess with a pregnant lady and her food lol and a coincidence she was pregnant and completely understood where i was coming from. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Their card reader is faulty they said it didnt go through when I said it did. I told her it said payment complete she didnt believe me forced me to enter it again (or i leave and paid for a sandwhich and get no sandwhich) so i reluctantly entered my card again in order to get my sandwhich and of course like I said it would, the next day I see it had double charged me. So I go in the next day to get a refund and wasted my time because after 10 minutes of searching they cant find my order from the previous day that is showing up on my card as 2 seperate charges (not pending) fully reconciled
But she cant find them to refund me and told me to file a chargeback dispute which meanwhile i am out of $30
I will never go back to jimmy johns, it sucks because i liked the place but i was basically called a liar and when I was proven to be right they couldn’t make it right.
