me & my friend separately ordered online hour before closing did not want our sandwich toasted let alone burnt. friend also had the same situation happen took two bites then had to throw it out. don’t know if it was because it almost close or what but it was so bumming

Waited almost an hour after placing my order online (via the JJ website) to be notified that it had been canceled because “the delivery could not be completed” ??? lol
I had been passing the time looking at all the different names of the Uber drivers that kept getting about a couple blocks away from the shop before they were diverted away from my delivery and it was shuffled onto the next driver. No less than 7 times! So much fun!
Sincerely, how does this shop have any repeat delivery customers?
