- AAAllieDec 2, 20255.0It’s perfect EVERY TIME we visit!!! Staff is incredible, the store is always clean, even if the line is out the door we get served within 5-7 minutes. If there isn’t a line it’s immediate. It’s always perfect.

Seasonal ice cream is good but my favorite is coconut chip(coconut and chocolate chip with vanilla ice cream) and banana chip(banana ice cream with chocolate chip). My husband loves their chocolate malt, but makes it double malt. If you miss drugstore chocolate malt, try this double malt shake with vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup or with chocolate ice cream. :)

However customer service isn't always good. In particular the visit I had at greaters today. My husbdand and I wanted to stop for ice-cream on our way home. We got in line, and was rushed to order (as we always are it seems like), when one of the workers whose name is Nick asked us for our order. My hispanic husband, who speaks perfect English orders a sundae. I am aware they offer a variety of sundaes However, instead of explaining or asking what kind of Sundae, he stands there and STARES at my husband with out saying anything, and giving him a "if looks could kill" look. After the silence and the staring, I then stepped up and said a traditional sundae. He continued to very snarky and have a horrible very hard tone with us. I dont appreciate this type of service at all, and it definitely made my husband feel bad even tho he didnt do anything wrong but felt like he wasn't wanted here and his business wasn't appreciated here. It is their job to assist customers and explain questions about orders if they have them, not just sit there and stare with out saying a word, being just rude and snarky instead of helpful. I shouldn't be the one explaining my husband the sundaes and the ways they can make them or to build your own, that should be done by the workers with ease as it is their job. I understand everyone is human, but his attitude was the worst and made my husband feel as if he was wrong for asking for a sundae! Nick needs to practice on his social skills and hid customer service skills. He made us feel very uncomfortable and unwanted like we were a bother to him.
