The person taking my order in the drive thru helped me order a sugar free iced coffee (which was super helpful because I am diabetic) and the person providing the food at the drive thru let me add on another order of donuts when I didn’t think the munchkin bucket would be enough for my team at work. Everyone was smiling and happy to be there, which is rare for a drive thru these days!

Needless to say my drink that I put in a mobile order for was half melted by the time I received it. How unprofessional and unsafe is this practice??

They don’t toast your food so don’t expect any crunch and they give you enough cheese for one bite. On top of that our coffee was awful and didn’t have any sweetness even though we ordered a Carmel craze, but don’t worry when you call them to tell them the issues you experience they’ll try to gaslight you and tell you that’s how it’s always made and that they did nothing wrong. We’ve had caramel craze’s enough times to know our drink is wrong. I’d recommend going to any other Dunkin’ than here.
