    Never seen to listen. Something is off every time. Today my light ice wasn't light and was so full I could barely stir the straw. My avocado with bacon toast is burnt and not even on the sammie. It does look like they've upgraded their boxes to something easier to pass through the drive through and generally carry so that's nice.

    Remove the sign at the drive-thru asking for tips. It’s a drive-thru! This expecting a tip for everything crap is way out of control. Not doing business with any company who begs for tips at a drive-thru.

    I went here today, bought an XL coffee. Asked for 5 shots of carmel. The Indian batista clearly understood my order as he suggested 5 shots for an extra large. However he never rang up the carmel so it wasn't put in my coffee. When I returned he replaced coffee with a carmel coffee. I feel like I experienced racism today, that his leaving the carmel out was on purpose due to my race. He wasn't very nice when he replaced my coffee and blew me off. I didn't feel like a valued customer. I will not do business at this location ever again. Their customer service failed today!
