I told him my last name and handed him a $100 dollar bill. He immediately said “Can’t break it”....and shut the glass window in my face. I’ve ordered at least 30 times from this location....never again. I’ve managed pizza places as well as other restaurants. Never would I let a customer not take the food they ordered because we as a business can’t break a bill. That’s their fault.... plus that pizza is going to either be eaten by employees or thrown away. Horrible decision and training. They lost a very loyal customer that lives a block away. Old school New York pizza 3 miles away will now get 100% of my business. Try it people... best pizza on the east end hands down.
