I visited the Domino’s Pizza location on Fegenbush Lane recently, and the experience was a mix of good food and unfortunate circumstances. When I arrived, there were only two employees working inside the store. Because of that, my order took much longer than expected, and I had to wait inside the store the entire time. It was clear that the delay wasn’t because the staff didn’t care—if anything, they cared a lot. The two employees looked overwhelmed, constantly moving between taking orders, making pizzas, and handling everything else. They were clearly busy and doing their best, but it was obvious they needed more help. I genuinely felt bad for them, because it doesn’t seem fair to expect just two people to manage an entire store during busy hours. Management really needs to address the staffing issue. Understaffing not only affects customers but also puts unnecessary pressure on employees and impacts the brand’s image. That said, the pizza itself was good—hot, fresh, and tasty. With better staffing, this location could improve a lot.
