Second of all I was standing at the cashier register for 10 min just to pickup my food that’s been ready for 30 minutes and all of them were just walking and talking and not even helping me until I said something. Third of all tell me why the pizza had hair inside while I was eating!!!! Omg omg this location is wild.

Order was not ready until 10:13. Why? Well after paying, the guy making the pizzas goes "we're working on carry out orders now, sorry for the wait". There were about 7 people standing inside also waiting on their carry out orders. Guessing they did all the delivery orders first. Explains why 8-10 delivery orders went out in the 50 minutes I sat in my car waiting for them to complete my order. Watched a set of drivers complete 3 delivery orders each in that time. Do not order carry out from this location unless you have more than an hour to wait. The estimated pick up time is wrong, and so are the staff when estimating your additional wait time.

Sometimes the service is great but the last few times we’ve ordered the app will give me a pick up time my husband will show up and it hasn’t been made. After waiting for about 10 minutes one of the employees will acknowledge him and tell him it’ll be another 20-30 minutes before it’s ready. I understand if it’s busy but if when we come to pickup and all the employees are standing around chit chatting and having a great time instead of working and that’s the reason my foods not made that’s bad service.
