  Driver accidentally misread my handwriting on the tip portion of the receipt and overcharged me, not a huge deal. I called and the manager was insanely argumentative, arguing about the price of the food items in my order. She put the driver on and tried to make her deal with it, which was completely inappropriate. It’s the managers job to deal with an issue, not pawn it off on a driver. Manager was rude and unprofessional to me and her employee. Highly recommend going to a different dominos.

  Rude staff who literally blames you or their system if they get your order wrong and does nothing to rectify it. I used to love Dominos but this place turned me off of it, especially now that there are much better pizza places in J-town.

  FIRST I WANNA SAY THAT I LOVE DOMINOS LOVE THEIR FOOD i never HAD ISSUES TILL TODAY MY DRIVER WAS NATHAN SADLY HE WAS SO RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL I ORDER 3 PIZZAS FOR MY CO-WORKERS AND HE CAME LATE ALSO 20 MIN FROM THE TIME WE NEED TO HAVE FOOD HE CAME NO HI NO NOTHING GIVE ME RECEIVED AND I GIVE HIM 50$ HE SAY THX FOR NO TIP I SAY TO HIM EXCUSE ME HE CAME CLOSE TO ME AND SAY I SAY THX FOR NO TIP I SAY WHAT U MEAN THE LADY TOLD ME THAT HE GETS 4.99 IT WAS OK FOR 1 MILE DELIVERY HE SAY OUR CUSTOMER SERVES SUCKS IM getting paid only 35c per mile .If you Are not happy with your job go find something else I spoke to the manager she told me their is 8 complains about this guy Nathan she says the will not fired him bc their hands the are so tight short with driver's... so how ever is in charge u better start doing your job and make.customers happy ya will lose customers and ya will have rate 2 not 3.3 now ... thats bad also its sad ...if your driver is coming to face to face and acting like that one day he really can hurt someone and it will be to late for you guys ....I just hope and pray that one day u guys do something and make ya company way better and hire more ppl ...Nathan looks like he have a big issues and attitude.... will definitely put ya on hold for long time ...just of this experience that we have...

  I got Nathan as my delivery driver and dude couldn't open his mouth as I said hey man and thanks man for the pizza and dude walked away like a little kid being forced to do a chore so I recommend just go on and work somewhere else my guy for the better of you and the customers and also just pay attention to the 3.1 stars before you order
