Someone in the role of delivery person who is unable or unwilling to complete the task of navigating to an address less than a mile away with the assistance of GPS deserves to be fired. The store refunded me both times but did not even offer an apology. They hung up on me when I asked for the store number.

I didn’t like the way my pizza was made, I told her. I know she was mad because I questioned her about the free pizza because no one brought out my curb side delivery. My pizza didn’t have the toppings all over the pizza, I didn’t like that; she kept making comments under her breath, the other male there was laughing and giggling like I was the problem. I had to flat out ask: did I cuss, call either of you out your name, am I yelling? I was met with silence because those things didn’t happen; I’d never disrespect people fixing my food. I didn’t like the way the pizza was made, I wanted it remade. The comment she made loud enough for me to hear was, “it’s going to be made the same way,” just being disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ll gladly go out my way to eat pizza somewhere else, just poor customer service.
