There's two white women ordering, I open the door and simply step inside to throw away my trash. Some purple/some kind of dyed hair girl asks them "Is she with you all? Oh she's just using the trashcan, just making sure everything is good". Does she ask everyone who comes in if she's with other people? Why in the world would it not be good? Because I'm brown? Felt very much racist to me, so disrespectful and completely out of line. Even felt confrontational, very unprofessional at best, racially charged at worse. -Mexican

I eventually called the store who directed me to the delivery driver. They said there were dogs they heard, but there are no dogs in the surrounding apartments because there’s a strict policy about them here and none are in this building. I tried explaining this and was hung up on, going to the store in person didn’t help either. Would avoid ordering delivery from here and I recommend anyone else do the same. It’ll never come and communication to resolve the issue will be impossible.
