I know it's not the franchise's decision, but the pasta dishes and the boneless chicken specialties are clearly 25% smaller than they used to be. Ordering with the coupon where everything is $6.99 is the only benefit, as any more expense wouldn't be worth it. Sadly, I'm guessing the settings on the oven are for the larger sizes, because everything was overcooked today. Dry chicken, dry pizza and dry pasta aren't delicious overcooked.

(wasn’t their fault the lady on the phone put the wrong thing down). so when we entered a girl in the back with dark hair and a mask asked us what we were there for. i said pickup, and my name. she then asked for here or to go. i repeated pickup. she rudely asked for my name while glaring at me, so i repeated it again. we stood there and checked out, me and my friends, and she kept side eyeing us and giving us dirty looks for no reason. definitely an attitude problem. we were nothing but polite, patient , and understanding, and then got that energy back from her .
