I’ve ordered from this Domino’s more times than I can count, but this last experience was unacceptable. Theresa, the manager, went out of her way to be difficult. She dismissed everything we were told, acted like we were lying, and behaved as if doing the bare minimum for a customer was some kind of personal burden. I ordered my usual pizza with garlic sauces (my kids and I don’t like it without the sauce) and tipped well. The driver showed up without the sauces but told us he’d go right back to get them. He never came back. We waited an hour before calling, only to be told they were “too busy” to fix their own mistake. The employee on the phone apologized and promised a free pizza credit for the inconvenience. That credit never showed up. When we called days later, the manager, Theresa, flat-out refused to honor what her own store promised. After we explained the situation, she said she “wasn’t there” and didn’t know what the driver actually said or what the employee told us, essentially implying we were making it up. Instead, she offered a $4 credit for the missing sauces and said we’d have to call the store next time rather than order online. She could have made it right with a single click, but chose not to. She made no apology for how the store handled the situation, didn’t care that we didn’t get our order, didn’t care that we waited an hour for him to come back, with cold pizza, for them to ghost us. They couldn’t even call us to let us know they wouldn’t be coming back like they had said. Because they were “too busy” to make it right. The problem wasn’t the missing sauce. It was the store’s complete lack of follow-through, ghosting us twice, and then refusing to honor their own commitment. It’s frustrating and disappointing from a location we’ve supported for years. Theresa, garlic sauce doesn’t drive customers away. Rudeness does. And with that 2-star rating, you might want to think twice about which one you’re serving. Off to write a letter to corporate, because if a manager can be that rude, I can be that persistent.

Empty store, ordered 2 pizzas, both burnt. How does that happen? The atmosphere was also extremely weird. First time at this location. Will never return.

I think the Domino’s Pizza in Middletown is the best Domino’s in Louisville. Consistent quality and professional is a daily routine there. Kiddos to Middletown Dominos team.
